What to write about
- Corrections. If a guide gets a process, spec, or number wrong, tell us — a sourced correction gets fixed fastest. Getting the craft right matters more to us than looking right.
- Topic requests. Stuck on a print problem our guides don't cover? Describe the symptom, your setup (mesh, ink, substrate), and what you've tried. Good questions become new guides.
- Your experience. Disagree with a recommendation based on your own production floor? We want to hear it — that's how these guides improve.
What we can't help with
- We don't take print orders or quote jobs — we're a knowledge site, not a print shop.
- We can't troubleshoot your specific print by photo alone. The guides' troubleshooting tables are a better first stop.
Response time
This site is run alongside a full-time production job. Expect an answer within a week — corrections and safety issues jump the queue.
